123use provides managed backup online. This service requires a one-time setup fee of $125.00 and includes the following:

• Initial setup and install
• Assistance to identify critical data that must be included in backup
• Tailored daily email alerts that will give status of backup
• 123use will continue to monitor daily backup activity and will be notified in the event there is an error with the backup 123use will then provide assistance provide assistance or recommendations in the event an error occurs
• Training will be provided for onsite personnel on how to ensure their backup is completing each day
• Providing information about new features to MozyPro solution
• Assistance with version and product updates
